Hello, my name is Colleen Smagge and welcome to my virtual art gallery.   I’m so glad you are here to explore my art collection.  The art portrays the beautiful features of nature in our great state of Alaska, its landscapes, its people and its wildlife.  I approach my work by photographing the subject by capturing its unique features.  Studying the subject and the whole process of painting it is a journey I enjoy.  I use professional grade watercolor paints and paper.  My work is available in print and in greeting card.
